1. Clean the Surface and Apply Primer: Thoroughly clean the prepared surface from dirt and dust. Apply a suitable primer to the surface and wait for the recommended drying time as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Draw a Guide Line: Use a string to draw a guide line on the surface.

3. Select and Apply the Appropriate Adhesive: Choose an adhesive suitable for the surface and the usage conditions. Apply the adhesive with a notched trowel to cover 80% of the PHOMI material. If the PHOMI product is 560×280 mm or larger, apply the adhesive to the surface as well.

4. Attach PHOMI Products: While attaching the PHOMI products to the surface, adjust the necessary grout spacing. Press and smooth firmly to ensure the product adheres tightly. Use a special tool to ensure tight adhesion for large PHOMI products.

5. Fill the Joints: Fill the joint spaces with grout. Compact the grout with a grout trowel. Clean off excess grout with a spatula when it is semi-dry. If the PHOMI product gets dirty, clean it with a dry sponge or spatula.

6. Corner Installation: Use a corner grinder or a small saw to cut the PHOMI product at a 45° angle. Apply adhesive to the inner surface and the cut corner. Install from both sides of the corner simultaneously. If necessary, fill the gap between PHOMI products with grout of the appropriate color.
