Accessibility Statement

1. Our goal

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. This goal applies to every new page and component we add.

2. Conformance status

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. “Partially” means that most of the content meets the requirements, but the points listed under “Known limitations” below are not yet fully met.

3. Features we provide

• A “Skip to content” link on every page, visible on the first Tab key press.
• Menus, the product viewer, the gallery and forms can be used with a keyboard; the focused element is shown with a clear outline.
• The page language and text direction (right-to-left for Arabic) are marked correctly in the Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic versions.
• A meaningful heading structure, landmark regions and accessible names for screen readers.
• With the “Accessibility” button at the bottom corner you can enlarge the text, turn on a high-contrast view and reduce motion. Your choices are stored only in this browser.
• If “reduce motion” is enabled on your device, animations are simplified automatically.
• Images carry meaningful alternative text; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

4. Known limitations

We are aware of the following points and are working to improve them:

• The online catalogue is delivered as page images; not every page has a text equivalent.
• Not all downloadable PDF documents (certificates, catalogues) are tagged (accessible) PDFs.
• The accessibility of third-party content such as the embedded YouTube video and maps depends on the respective providers.
• Colour and pattern information in texture photographs is visual by nature, so alternative texts only summarise it briefly.

5. How do we assess this?

All pages of the site are scanned regularly with an automated accessibility checker (axe-core); keyboard navigation and screen reader checks are also done by hand. Because automated tools catch only some problems, we also value feedback from real users.
