1. Parties and scope

The website is operated by Bakır Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”) under the “PHOMI Türkiye” brand. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the site (the “User”).

2. Purpose of the site

The site is published to provide information about PHOMI eCovering flexible stone cladding products, areas of application, technology and the company, and to enable Users to request quotes, samples and information. No direct online sales are made through the site; requests submitted through the contact and quote forms do not constitute a binding order.

3. Nature of the information

Product descriptions, technical specifications, test results, images, dimensions and price information on the site are for general information purposes. Images and colors may appear different from the actual products depending on screen settings, printing and natural texture variations.

Prices, dimensions, stock and delivery terms become final only through a current quote or contract provided in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change or update the information on the site without prior notice.

4. Intellectual property

All text, designs, logos, images, videos, catalogs, software and other content on the site belong to the Company or the relevant right holders and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. The names and logos PHOMI, eCovering and Econiclay® belong to the relevant trademark owners. Copying, reproducing, modifying, publishing or using the content for commercial purposes without the Company’s written permission is prohibited. Limited quotation for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted, with attribution to the source.

5. User obligations

The User agrees to use the site in accordance with the applicable legislation and these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• Actions that disrupt the operation or security of the site or place an excessive load on it; attempts at unauthorized access,
• Unauthorized use of malware, automated data collection (scraping) or content extraction tools,
• Submitting misleading or unlawful information, or information that infringes the rights of third parties, through the forms,
• Using identity or contact details by acting on behalf of another person.

6. Links

The site may contain links to the websites or services of third parties. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites; a link does not mean that the relevant content is endorsed.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company does not guarantee that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free and is not responsible for temporary interruptions of access due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure. Subject to mandatory legal provisions and cases of intent and gross negligence, the Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information on the site. Products must be installed and used in accordance with the technical specifications and installation instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms; the jurisdiction and recourse rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.
